They owners were almost past the point of thinking that anything would get their group motivated. Right then, I knew I had to start at the top. Once a clear, defined, business plan was created with their input & that of the top-level managers, everyone started to see the validity the overall plan. Horary!! Just a defined plan gave the ‘upper levels’ a belief in the project. Their enthusiasm was visible to the lower levels. We had a long, way to go, but we made it. Funny how just a plan can change things, isn’t it? Jane Mirabella I was once faced with such a work force.
