You knowledge and experience are really what set you apart in the field of Change Management. 

It is refreshing to be reminded that each consultant project has to be viewed as 
a unique project.

I fear it’s the common sense things like this, that many need to be reminded of every so often. 

It’s far too easy to get comfortable with our past procedures, 
and leave out the most important fact needed to complete a tailored solution….who we are tailoring it for.
