You have defined quite a few of the problems Change Managers.

I also know from experience that engaging the upper level employees with
well laid out plans, i.e. deadlines &amp; milestones, is imperative to getting the lower level employees to conform to the new changes.  

As workers look to their superiors for direction, upper /mid level employee’s attitudes are imperative to a successful change. 

I would like to know more about how to find out what groups of employees are thinking and why.
