You’re right during troubled times, most communications are trying to squash the fears running ramped thru the company. 
 
I think the CEO’s involvement needs to evident so they staff will know it’s coming from him, &amp; not the rumor mill. 

FYI: I disagree with the comment left by Luis. 
I know that ‘cascading information’ works. You have taught me that. 

Perhaps in your next post, you can explain it to help Luis understand its value?

But I missed a little more input on why cascading won&#039;t work (I don&#039;t believe it does, btw).
It seems clear that unless you have the local leadership buying the challenge as their own it won&#039;t work. And by bringing the CEO as the face and sponsor of the program may not be possible (too much people, for instance)... 
Can you continue sharing a little bit more of this case?
