Wonderful! I will look forward to the online version of a team briefing tool kit!
I know that you would not produce a product without it being chock full of great information.

I enjoyed this article.
It was very interesting, as to how the flow of communication can & should be outlined to produce maximum results.

“Cascading Information” is a great term!

It is so simply complete - even a novice can understand the concept.

I’m sure I will be ‘borrowing’ it a lot from you!

I also read the comment from Nozipho.

It was a real eye-opening reminder that not every country has the freedom I enjoy here in the US.
I hope things will indeed improve for him & his Country.

I can’t wait to read your next post.

I’m learning so much.
Thanks, Jack Reed

Thanks for your free communication information, it is useful. I agree top management should communicate with employees all the time. South Africa being a country which is still fighting the inequalities caused by the past apartheid dispensation, employees have major labour relations concerns. hence it is not easy for management to have open communication sessions with employees because they fear confrontation from employees. All will be well one day, when employee communication would be rated as important. Thanks Marcie
