| Change communication is still a new field of coaching, most employee communication methods simply rely on technology and tools and claim these as engagement strategies. This latest approach is based on business communication, marketing and organizational development. Obviously it involves traditional employee communication methods but it also embraces a whole of business approach of how to identify the "Aha" moment that will help employees say, " Now it makes sense, Now I understand, Now I can do something about it". |

Corporate Change Communication Coaching Programs: |

You build the structure, the process and the systems are then in place and they are proven to work for your organization. Remember what works in one organization will not automatically transfer as a solution in another organization so we focus specifically on your organizational culture. |

| Marcia has worked one on one onsite and with a small team involved in managing change. Our focus is to ensure that skills and knowledge is transferred, we don't come in to do the work, we partner with you to coach your staff in new ways of thinking about change communication and together work on specific solutions. |

Online Change Communication Coaching: |

| We offer a five week online Change Communication Coaching program. This is aimed at providing theory, skills and case studies to identify ways to apply this approach to change communication to your unique organizational situation. Each week participants receive class notes and specific action items to implement to ensure that the coaching sessions are applied to their unique situation. |
